Item not delivered
Ok so I purchased a lower control arm assembly and a front cross member support for my car well the control arm came no problem are anything but the cross member showed delivered show I went to get it but it wasn't at my door as usual so I went to my apartment office and it wasn't there I asked the receptionist and she had not seen it I asked the manager and all the neighbors around and nothing so I called ups and they said it was delivered and someone named (YEN) SIGNED for it but no one that works are lives here is named YEN So I asked for proof of delivery and all they said they have is a written proof of delivery no pictures of where it was put at are anything and the seller was all if you have any problems contact us so I did but was treated like I was a liar and was just trying to get over on them I'm a single father of a 3 yr old level 3 none verbal autistic son and I am about to lose my job because I am having to be late because I have to wait for someone I trust with my son to get to me then I leave straight to the bus what can I do I can't afford to take a $100 loss

Did you run the tracking number through the UPS system? There should be a photo of the delivery location on it. If there is not, this will be very hard to beat, and ebay will not be any help. They need proof of you not receiving the item, and because of Federal postal privacy regulations, you are the one who has to do the leg work to prove non-delivery and UPS is very difficult to get that info from. What might help us is the ebay item number for the cross member, so we can look it and the seller's info up.
You might start by checking the seller's feedback profile page to see if there are negatives or neutrals stating packages had delivered scans, but were not received. Those comments would have been left by buyers who did not file a dispute through ebay. If there are comments like that take screen shots of the pages and save them.
If you paid for the cross member with PayPal or a credit card you should start by contacting PayPal in their list of reasons for getting a refund there is one for shipped to different address or similar wording. You can add the screen shots of the buyers comments on the seller's page.
You didn't say, so I have to ask, were both items supposedly delivered on the same day? If they were maybe if you can be around when the UPS driver shows up you might be able to ask them if they remember delivering a large heavy package that day or possibly an oriental person who signed for a small package. I'd also ask why there was no photo of the delivery location.
