Item not delivered
Bought a japanese konro grill 01-29-2025 advertisement said it was the last one they had in store. Soon after got a message that it will take more time to deliver due to the factory was damaged durning an earthquake. They gave me an option to wait or get a refund II choose to wait. After asking several times for an estimate when I would get my item I got no anwsers when this will happen. After 6 months they don't answer my messages anymore. I would like a refund . How can I get my money back after so many months passed by? They gave me a choice to wait for the factory to get up and running again. What can I do to get my money back.

You have waited too long for help from eBay.
eBay provides an opportunity to ask for a refund for an item not received up to thirty days from the last estimated delivery date shown at the time of purchase. After that, eBay cannot get you a refund.
You may still have recourse through your payment method; many credit cards offer up to six months of protection for items that are not received. Contact your card issuer to see if you have any options remaining after six months.
