I Need Guidance About the Case Item not Delivered
I Shipped the order Nov 25, 2024 and it was showing Movement till 30 Nov
Label Was Purchased from Ebay That is Insured. But Its been While And still Tacking Showing No Movement & Now Customer has Opened a Case- Item Not Delivered
I Need Clarification like What option I have Now to resolve this Issue

Mentor1 year ago@iqej-62 If it is past the last estimated delivery date and tracking does not show delivery you need to refund the buyer. Be sure to refund the buyer before eBay is asked to step in or you get a defect and you do not get your seller fees back.
After you refund the buyer you can file the insurance claim with the postal Carrier that you used
