Item not delivered
Hi, I am a seller and purchased a delivery label through ebay with Evri. The parcel has been lost and not delivered. I can refund the buyer but then how do I receive my money back? Evri are saying that ebay fulfilment should raise the claim with themselves and not me but I can’t seem to find anything to initiate this, any help appreciated, tia
