Item not delivered

Question

The carrier DPD has lost my parcel and say it cannot be delivered. E Bay have suspended my account. I am trying to track down the parcel through Packlink. I want to contact E bay to ask for help but the automated assistant doesn't put me through to an agent so I don't know what to do next. How do you talk to a real person at E bay?

To speak to someone at eBay, you need to have eBay call you. On the link below, click on "Have Us Call You" between the time listed below the link. A representative will call back and you can talk to them about your problem. Usually doesn't take too long to get a call back. Since Covid, eBay reps have been working from home. You can't call them, but they will call you. Good luck, hope you can resolve this.
