Item not delivered
Hello everyone, I have not received an item and have therefore asked for a return. This was rejected by the seller. Now I wanted to contact Ebay support, but I can't arrange a call because they always say that the seller's decision is final. How can I contact support (call) without the chat? The item was demonstrably (tracking) not delivered!

I guess you started a procedure too early, when the right one wasn't available yet.

Click on "Mich anrufen".
That's eBay in Switzerland.
