Item not delivered
MY buyer says that their item, A book, wasn't delivered, but tracking indicates it has been delivered. What is the best action for me to take at this point?

Mentor2 years agoIf the buyer files an Item Not Received case, you enter the tracking number that shows DELIVERED and ebay will find in your favor.
