Item not deliverable due to no such street

I am a seller. I received an item back it the mail today. It says â€œno such street, unable to forward.â€ How do I proceed? What steps do I take next?

Go to your Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & Shipped

Locate the transaction. Click CONTACT BUYER. Let the buyer know the package was returned for No Such Street-Unable to forward. If the buyer still wants the item, a valid address needs to be provided along with additional shipping. The shipping can be sent to your Paypal email address. If the buyer does not want to pay to reship, you can refund item price only.
