Item not as listed, no returns per seller.

Question

I bought a tailgate for a customer in my body shop, repaired(was damaged, poorly repaired despite seller responding no damage), painted, and discovered when customer arrived was not as listed(tailgate listed for 1500, actually for 2500/3500. Do I have any options?, or just own a tailgate for future.

Ebay has a Money Back Guarantee that covers instances of item not as described. Within 30 days from date of delivery, go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return. â€œdoesn't match descriptionâ€œ. Attach a photo. IF your request is approved, the seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item. If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
