Item not as described- Seller REFUSES to provide shipping label
Hello! I purchased a coat and when it arrived it was nothing like the description
I opened a return request and it got accepted. Now the SELLER is asking ME to pay for the shipping label and keeps beating around the bush.
My only option available that comes up is “Add tracking detailsâ€
It’s been more than 3 days since I opened this case and I still can’t see the “Ask eBay to step in and help†option and I can’t seem to contact customer service 😞
Help!! Does anyone know how I can go about this??
Thank you

When you opened the return request what reason did you select for the return? If you chose Didn't Fit, Changed my mind... etc. That would be a buyer's remorse reason for a return, and you would have to pay to ship the coat back to the seller. From what you have written it would seem that your reason for the return falls in the remorse category.
If you chose Item not as described, Arrived damaged ... etc. the seller has to send you a return shipping label, or a refund if hey do not want to pay the return shipping cost.
You should read the terms of eBay's Money Back Guarantee (MBG) in the link below.

Mentor7 months agoDid you open an "Item not as described" case or just a return request? If you just opened a return request then the seller may not have to pay the return shipping charges depending on their return policy. If you opened the "Item not as described" case the option to "Ask eBay to step in" may not show up until tomorrow since everything is timed to the second on eBay.
