Item not as described or fraud
(If I am a seller) which I am not I'm strictly a buyer . As a seller I would want my product to be highly described which I can confirm that nothing is as described on eBay lately it's advertised as one way and sold a complete different thing and then instead of it being looked at as fraud it's looked at as (item not as described). this is a joke I will be taking my money my hard earned dollars elsewhere

Item Not As Described is serious for sellers. We are rated on the number of cases we have.
It's a term that covers all sorts of issues, but it means the seller didn't deliver the item they promised.
To many of these and the seller is removed from eBay.
