Item not as described in pictures

Question

Four photos show item as a pink vase. Received a clear one. Description doesn't mention "pink", I get it. But...the accompanying pics clearly do. Am I just screwed?

@jenngr-2221 A sellers listing can not be misleading. IF the photo shows a pink vase then the item is not as described.
