If a buyer wants to return an item for INAD but you have proof on the listing that a full description was given as well as photos of every side and inch of the item, will eBay back you?

inceptions

There is too much subjectivity. When describing a suspect, someone who is 6' 8" may say someone who is 5' 11" is short while someone who is 5' 2" will say he is tall. More men see a color that is between blue and green as green while women will most often see it as blue. Furthermore, looking at a picture of something is not the same as seeing it in person. What is described a good condition to one person may be totally unacceptable to another. Camera angles, lighting, sharpness all play a part as well. I could go on...
In addition to perception, sellers who don't take returns will encounter more "item not as described" returns than those who do accept returns. No one wants to be stuck with something they are unhappy with. Good sellers want happy buyers, so they tend to accept returns.
