Item Not as Described and Unoperational
I bought an inflatable golf simulator enclosure from ejia-inflatables-official. Item i received has multiple air leaks and is also not what is described int eh description or match what is in the listing photos. Ebay customer support has been an absolute joke and denied a claim immediatly and seller is incompetent and is also going back on their promoted 3 year warranty. I have no clue where to go from here. I have a $1300 enclosure that doesnt hold air and nobody seems to care to make it right.

Mentor4 months agoYou have 30 days on eBay to get a refund and 6 months with most credit cards, although some may be longer.
Unless the seller is an actual dealer/reseller for the manufacturer then there is no warranty
