item not as described and seller does not accept returns , how do I get Ebay to call me

I bought a used motorcyle wheel and tire ready to install , when it arrived it has no tire and only one bearing , where the other bearing goes it only the outer bearing cage wedged in there aution stated exellent condition readt to install . so not as described , how do I get Ebay to call me ?

No need tor Ebay to call you. File a Return Request. The seller's "No returns" policy is overridden by Ebay's Money Back Guarantee.

Go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return. (doesn't match description)
The seller will have 3 days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
