Item not as described

Question

I've looked at the main post described as 20 items. I read the description which is 10 item in a lot. The seller never stated that I will be purchasing only 10 items. When it was delivered. I've received only 10 items. So was I reading it wrongly or was the 20 items on front of the post described as is 20. I would like to know what I can proceed from here. No response from seller.

Without an item # to look at, I can only take a guess. Are you saying the title said the listing was for a quantity of 20 but the description said 10? If so, that was a contradiction in the listing. Unfortunately you didn't catch it before you bought it.

When you receive an item that is not as described, you can open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
