Item not as described
Hi I ordered an item, a similar item was sent (old model, not new version as advertised), it has a different code. I contacted the seller but no response so I opened a return. The seller finally responded and said they would send a replacement and a pre paid return envelope. 10 days later and the replacement and return envelope has not arrived. I don’t want to deal with this seller anymore. I can’t open a case as I stupidly trusted the seller and closed the return as thought they were resolving it. What can I do? Thank you.

Mentor3 years agoNever close or let a case expire without asking ebay to step in, you can not open another one. Try opening a case with the payment processor. Do not close or let this one expire without a refund.
