Item not as described
Item was described metal, but is actually plastic. It burned a circuit and melted the plastic casing. Seller has a 2 year warranty and 100% money back garantee. Seller has been giving me the run around for 2 months, I no longer have the return option or the option for eBay to step in. What are my options?

Mentor4 months agoeBay's money back guaranty is only good for 30 days from receipt of the item. Since this time has passed you should go back to your payment source and ask about a charge back. There are time limits for this that vary by payment source so ask now.
