Item Not as Described
Item was listed as perfect yet it was missing a major piece and another piece had been cut. I tried communicating with the seller and he has stopped responding. I even gave him the option of a partial refund and I keep the merchandise since it seems he doesn't want the item back.

If you receive something, but it is not the item listed, you can open a not as described case to get your money back. You have 30 days from the delivery date to open the case.

Go to your purchase history and in the drop down menu for the item select "return this item, Select "Received wrong item" or "Doesn't match description or photos" for the return reason.
The seller will need to provide a return shipping label if they want the item back. Do not close the return, no matter what the seller tells you, until you are satisfied. The seller does not need you to close it to send a replacement or do a refund. If you close it you will not be able to reopen it. Make sure to monitor any deadlines so you don't miss them.
If it has been over the 30 days you will need to open the not as described refund through your funding source.
