Item not as described
Back in November of last year I purchasedwhat I thought were genuine Honda oil Filters and when they arrived, I just set them on the shelf to have them when It was time for my next oil change which came around yesterday. After the oil filter change, I immediately left to pick my granddaughter up from school and we were to go straight to Atlanta, which is 120 mile drive from my home to pick up a friend at the bus station. After picking up my granddaughter at the school, I decided to go back by the house and get her a snack to take on the road. On the way back I noticed oil on the road lots of it and got to looking and there’s a whole trail of oil from my house to the school and back and by the time I got back all 4 1/2 quarts of oil spewed out of my car. Had I went straight to Atlanta and I went back home. I would’ve never noticed it, and I would have blown my engine up in my car. I took the oil filter off and put the old one back on. Got to looking at the oil filter and the ones that are shown by the seller and I have something that’s a knock off that is not a genuine Honda filter. I have messaged the seller, but I’m not getting a response. I bought this as a guest and it’s been hard to get through the automated help center because it’s not showing up on my account as a purchase. But I do have the order number and the product number. How do I handle this?

Your only option now is a chargeback with your payment method for an item that is significantly not as described. The seller will also receive a well deserved $20 chargeback fee.
