Item not as described
Ordered a refurbished mobile phone which arrived, but without charger or lead
Advertisement clearly states what is included "In Box" Phone and Charger yet seller says "we do not include charger" and refuses to accept an error has occurred
My only redress is to return the item for a refund because the seller will not admit they discribed the item correctly and won't put it right.
How is that fair?

Why wouldn't you WANT to return the phone for a refund? I would.
If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
