Item not as described
I purchased an automotive item from an Ebay vendor and have not been able to get it to work as it should. We have tried everything, including adapters suggested by the seller, and still no luck. The item was advertised as a "plug & play" item. To me, plug & play means (or should mean), I disconnect my item and plug the new item in and it works as it is supposed to, no modifications necessary; this does not.
Admittedly, it is past the 30-day return window. Should I be able to get a refund?
