Item not as described
I've tried contacting the seller but to no avail. Item was listed as NEW which it is not. Seller does not accept returns but the item was NOT new and I cannot get anywhere with eBay.

The seller’s no returns does not apply to items not as described.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.

OP2 years agoThank you wooden_flower. I tried that but I get a red bar on top with a message stating "seller does not accept returns" and it won't let me submit

What type of item is it? Is it an item that was sent for authentication? That should be the only time you can not open a not as described return within 30 days of receipt.
Did you add a photo, select not as described and add a comment?
