Item not as described

I've used EBay for 20+ years and never returned one single item. I have close to 300 comments and a 100% score. The item I purchased was not at all as described. Should the seller pay return fees and original shipping fees? The listing said excellent (used) condition, however the item I received is bent, broken and close to falling apart.

Hi @fionaandthomas If it's been less than 30 days since you received the item, you can request a return for refund under eBay's Money Back Guarantee. If the item isn't as described, then eBay will send you a prepaid shipping label to return it to the seller. You'll be fully refunded including the original shipping fee.
