When a buyer says item not as described and will report you to eBay if you do not refund. Then throws away item so you can get it back. Item is worth $60.00 and they got a bargain

Any time a buyer states the item is not as described, it is in your best interest to accept the return and provide a prepaid shipping label for the item's return.
