Item Not as Described – Step-On Compatibility False
I purchased these snowboard boots in July to prepare for the winter season. The listing stated they were Step-On compatible, but the boots I received are not. I contacted the seller and received no response.
This is a clear case of a misleading or false listing. The lack of response strongly suggests dishonest selling behavior. I expect a resolution or refund despite the 90-day period, as the item was misrepresented from the start.
Please advise on next steps to report this as a scam and recover my payment.

·10 months agoUnfortunately, you are past eBay's 30 Day Money Back Guarantee at this point. You can seek assistance from your credit/debit card or PayPal, depending on how you paid.

OP10 months agoConclusion. You buy a xmas gift ahead of time. Keep it in the box because you trust the system.
Later you discover they actually send bananas in the package and not what the listing described (and still does). So the seller has the impunity card and can screw every consumer within 30 days. Lovely!
