item not as advertised (return nightmare)
bought a 35†putter from seller…putter came shorter…after back and forths seller agrees to refund me and sends me a prepaid label for me to ship putter back to them.
i send off putter it makes it all the way to the seller address until it doesn’t and usps says incomplete address now being returned to me.
now seller has opened up a case against me and telling to to send to X address and that ebay will compensate me for the label after i get ahold of them lol.
anyone have any ideas for what to do
just looking to get my original money back since the item was not the same as advertised.

Or did you just send it back using the label the seller supplied?

OP8 months agoyes i had a return refund request granted by the seller…says my return is now in a case.

it says my case is on hold until feb 6.
