Item Not Arrived in 4 months.
Bought an item in the USA. Not arrived in Australia (as paid for) in 4 months. Have the Item Number and Tracking Number.
eBay pretend to show interest (automated only as you cannot get to a real human) but clearly do not want to help. System designed to deflect you and frustrate you so you go away).
They say as the item is over 90 days they wont even contemplate doing anything... just show recent purchases only. I just want to know where it is...not asked for any refund etc. yet.
The item tracked to their eBay International Hub, so they have some responsibility. USPS (worse shipping company ever) either loses things or delays like this one. (has happened several times but ebay controls this). eBay KNOW an international item can take far longer than normal, but put a cutoff time of 90 days (ridiculous) so they can just walk away.

·2 years agoYou have 30 days from the estimated date of delivery you were given when you paid to file for a refund under the Money Back Guarantee for items not received. If you don't get a package from the seller by the time the estimated delivery date you were given when you paid has fully passed, go to your Purchase History for that item, click the link for more options and select that you haven't received the item, then follow instructions from there. If you haven't gotten the item as described or a full refund after 3 days (but before 21 days) from doing so go back and you should find a link to "Ask eBay to step in" to get your refund.
