Item not arrived but says delivered before it ever was supposed to be, so can’t file refund.
Hi all,
My purchase was supposed to arrive on July 23rd, but didn’t. I planned to wait 1-2 weeks just in case (and given the 30 day window I had). I then got a message on August 1st from the seller saying there was a shipping issue and that it should have arrived around 2 weeks ago. I went to see what I could do about this, but that’s when I noticed the purchase says delivered July 23rd.
Because of that, I can’t report it as not arrived as eBay thinks it’s outside of the window even though I have a message from the seller saying there was an issue less than 30 days ago. No matter what I tried I couldn’t get through to a human through any of EBay’s channels.
What can I do? I’m waiting for the seller to respond but they claimed it arrived a week or two ago. I missed that at the time so didn’t investigate this sooner.
