Item not arrived after being "received" at Glendale Heights IL
Hi.
A while back now I ordered from a seller in the States (who I have no issue with), to be delivered to me in Sydney, Australia.
UPS tracking was fine, until it arrived at what appears to be some transport hub for Ebay in Glendale Heights, where it was "received" by KYLE.
That was now just over 5 weeks ago.
I have no idea who to contact, the seller isn't sure what happens once it reaches the "hub".
What the heck is going on ? My tracking number becomes useless after "KYLE" takes my purchase.
Can anyone help ?
