Item not arrived.
I ordered two graded cards through a seller in the uk. It's being shipped to the US. The only info i have is the tracking number which says it's shipped with pitney bowes and it's been stuck since arriving at ? Airport since the 24th of March. The item is supposed to be delivered on the 2nd of April. I contacted said seller and he said to contact the courier and it's out of his hands. I've never received any updates and no emails about it and I've tried contacting pitney bowes but i don't have an account number which is supposed to be in emails from them. Then every time I go through automated customer service it just send me here to ebay. What should I do?
