Item no. 267162769958, the tracking of the it showed it was returned due to incorrect address?
Hi, Sir,
My provided tracking no. EA364910475HK of the sold item which was delivered and now shown seller address is not correct and need return to me, and I had asked the seller to check the post office in order to reallocate the item, but no reply at all so I worry the buyer didn't want it now and then return the item back. I can provide the chats and the delivery record with screenshots which shown all information were wrote down according to the provided address in his ebay address record. Pls. help how to handle this case. Thanks all.
