item never shipped, no response from seller
Hi fellow ebayers,
I have been an active ebayer member for over 20 years. I have a 100% feedback rating.
During a period of active buying period, I made a purchase on January 9, 2024. The records indicate the item was never shipped. I can see this in my purchase history clearly, but ebay is not showing it as an identifiable item when I go to report an issue.
I have reached out to the active ebayer, but the ebayer does not respond. What recourse do I have?

Mentor3 days agoYou have no recourse through Ebay since the 30 day Money Back Guarantee has expired.
Also too late to file a charge dispute with the funding source you used.
