Item never shipped. cancelled return before ebay stepped in. Am i cooked?
Seller shop-whiz created a shipping label after my purchase (Dec 25, 2025) and just never shipped them. Never answered any messages. I initially requested a return label thinking it would arrive way too late. Then I realized the items were never going to ship. So then I cancelled the return request, which closed my case. Now ebay is not giving me any options to report this $60 sale and step in. Please advise.

Never open a return until you have the item in your possession. You cannot open a not received claim after opening a return.
Call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for an item not received.
