Item never shipped / cancellation in progress?
My order never shipped, I reached out to the seller twice with no response. I asked to cancel several days ago but have had no response. I contacted the eBay help center but there is a cancellation open, but it has been days and have not gotten a response. My order was placed over 2 weeks ago. What do I do to get a refund or how do I contact someone from
ebay? Your help is great appreciated!!
