item never shipped

I purchased an item from a buyer i now believe to be fake. I let my claim close and now EBAY won't help me, they are keeping my money even though i never received my order and I told them I want a refund.

Why did you let your claim close? eBay is now out of the picture, you will need to contact your payment source

@roberros_634 Ebay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for Buyer Purchase Protection. Your purchase is covered for up to 30 days after delivery. Ebay will not get involved after the 30 days expires.

When you allowed the claim to close, Ebay can no longer help you. You can contact the funding source you used to pay for the item to dispute the charge.
