Item never shipped
I purchased an item In September A preorder to be delivered in December.
Item didn't arrive Contacted seller he told me He hadn't received item yet and it would shipped later.
After giving him plenty of time I asked for a refund But he is no longer a registered seller.
When I go to automatic chat They cannot locate the order.
I've even put in the order number to no avail.
Even reported That I hadn't received the item But Still no response from ebay.
Can the community help?
