ITEM NEVER RETURNED AFTER REFUND!

You make it IMPOSSIBLE to contact anyone! I submitted a ticket, NOTHING happened with it! Now I cannot even find it! SHOULD BE ILLEGAL TO RUN A BUSINESS AND NOT PROVIDE PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Uh yeah that is how it works. When you send a refund before you get the item back the buyer is not required to send it back.
