Item never recieved by my Buyer

Question

My buyer paid in full and I sent the item within 3 days. It shows as sent and tracking shows Dec 3 through Dec 7 then STALLS. I have opened an ebay service request and filed a "Missing Mail Report" with USPS. Has anyone else had this happen. It is in limbo and all USPS says is that it is "arriving late" . There has been no transit movement in18 days. Any replies appreciated

Try filing an insurance claim - that can sometimes shake it loose. https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

Has your buyer contacted you or opened a not received claim yet? Once they open a claim, you have 3 business days to refund, if it still hasnâ€™t been delivered.
