"Item Never Received" refund
Do I have to refund a buyer for an item that has a clear tracking history and proof of delivery, just because they claimed they didn't receive it? Seems like a buyer scam.

Mentor2 weeks agoIf the buyer opens a case of item not received, you can key the tracking number into the case that shows delivered. As long as you sent the package to the address provided by the buyer, you will win the case. In the past, I have contacted the buyer and asked them to contact their local carrier. The USPS delivers with GPS, so the buyer can see exactly where the item was delivered.
