item never received past 30 days

Question

I ordered several items, and unfortunately life intervened and I didn't realize one item never arrived until way after 90 days. The seller isn't willing to help. Am I screwed for not religiously tracking everything, or is there a possibly resolution somehow?

Once 30 days after the estimated delivery date has passed, there is no resolution through eBay. If you funded your payment through PayPal, you can open a case there.

I wouldn't make a religion of it, but it's pretty easy to periodically scroll through your Purchase History to make sure you've received your orders. If you're having trouble remembering to do it, you might consider setting a calendar reminder to prompt you to do it.
