Item never received. Ebay will not refund.
Ebay will not refund a purchase I made back in December. The item was shipped but the tracking number is bogus and it never left the facility. It has been 3 months. Ebay will not refund because the product is medical in nature. I have tried multiple times to contact the seller. What can I do?

You had 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file an item not received (INR) dispute. That date is posted in your order details for the item. If it has beemn longer than 30 days since it was supposed to arrive, you have waited too long.
If for some reason you do not know what the terms and time frames of ebay's Money Back Guarantee (MBG) are, there is a link to the policy on most listing pages under the icons for the payment services ebay accepts. Its header is Shop with confidence then it shows the MBG and under it is a more details button.

You may not be able to file a dispute for not as described, for some medical items, but you can always file for (INR) within the time frame given above. If you paid using PayPal or a credit card you may be able to get a refund through one of them. PayPal gives you 180 days from the date of payment to get a refund for (INR). Your card provider's time frame for filing can be found out, by calling the customer service number on the back of the card.

OP2 years agoThank you. The estimated arrival date was two months from the date of purchase. I was waiting in hopes of receiving the item; that's why I didn't file a dispute. I'm shocked that Ebay won't refund my money. It's a clear situation.
