Item never received by buyer, have tracking to prove it was mailed
Mailed off media mail item to buyer and tracking number shows up but just stops in transit, no delivery, just paused. Am I as a seller responsible for item that I state in my ad no insurance is offered. This is on the post office and not me, I am hoping.

You will need to refund your buyer in full if you do not have proof of delivery.
Contact USPS regarding the lost package.
