Item never received by Authenticator
Need help when item not received by authentication person? When tracking it shows on the way but now it says delivery delayed and it’s been almost two weeks. Buyer nervous item is lost. I reported missing item through USPS. Any other suggestions or any other options to follow regarding this? I don’t want to lose a high value card and I don’t want buyer to have to wait too much longer.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Mentor3 weeks agoI believe Fed Ex is used to ship most items to the authenticator. You stated you checked with USPS, is that correct?
