Item Never Received - Battle for 9 months now
Has anyone had an issue with receiving their item or refund 9 months later?! I purchased a handbag Nov 2023. I never received it and opened a case with ebay. They closed the case stating it had been shipped and sent tracking number. The tracking information clearly showed the item had been returned to seller. I tried messaging the seller, no response. I then appealed my case with ebay, no resolution. I work a lot and had forgotten about it and recently remembered and contacted the seller 3 more times, no response. I requested ebay to call me and after 40 mins of being told I would be refunded then them transferring me to be told I would not be refunded and there was nothing they could do. I then asked for a supervisor and was disconnected. I have tried chatting with support ten times now and the robot is no help. I have tried the ebay number 5 times and can’t get anyone live. Right now i am out $880 and have had 9 months of headaches and still cannot receive the item I paid for nor a refund. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated bc I am at my witts end with ebay’s lack of customer service.
