Item never received and seller not refunding but been dancing me around.
This message is to bring to your attention about a recent purchase that was ordered on Sep 05, 2025 with a total value of US $337.90. The package was shipped and a tracking number was provided, however the address was incorrect and the package was returned to the seller. Throughout this ordeal, I have been in communication with the seller and they agreed to make correction to the address and reship which was done, however up to present time, i have never received my package, I have a history of messages where I am pleading to the seller to refund me because it seems the package has been lost. Today when I track with the number, the USPS site is saying that number is invalid.
I have opened a case on this but it was closed and the seller did not resolve this matter. Can anyone guide me to getting back my money. Can eBay contact me please or someone in authority to discuss this matter and a solution moving forward. I will truly appreciate the assistance. I am truly tired of this seller.

Contact the funding source you used to pay for the item to file a dispute.
