Item never received and cannot contact seller

Question

I purchased a mini skid steer. I was supposed to have received it by March 31st.

I tried contacting seller numerous times for tracking info or an arrival date. He no longer has an account on Ebay now...

I want to cancel the order and get my money back. I feel like i have just been robbed of my money.

What do I do?

In the Order Details for this transaction, it should show the estimated delivery date. Once it is one day past that date, go to that transaction and open an Item Not Received refund request. It is critical that you open this request on eBay for eBay to get involved.

In the meantime, you could message eBay on their Facebook page to alert them. EBay does not automatically know when there are issues with a transaction.
