I don't understand why eBay sides with the bigger sellers I never received my item and eBay didn't wanna give me a refund when i was in the exact same situation myself and they made me give a refunds Everytime this is heartbreaking they even removed my negative feedback

if so, sounds like it might be a fake tracking scam. in that case, dispute the charge with your payment processor, ie credit card, paypal, etc
