Item never received
Purchased a sweatshirt with shipping $101. Contacted seller as to when I could expect it. He said he was on vacation. Waited about 10 days and got no response l started a complaint and then he responded. Said he was on vacation and I needed to cancel the complaint or he couldn’t fill out a shipping label. I did and now he still hasn’t sent it after5 days, I don’t use eBay and had no idea that I can’t reopen the complaint. What is my option

Did you close an Item Not Received Case?
If so, your only option now is to file a chargeback with your Payment Method.
