How long does a buyer have to ask for a refund if they say the item was never received?

Mentor9 months ago@charlie-1018. 30 days from the last estimated delivery date on eBay and up to 180 days to file a chargeback with their funding source. If the buyer files a chargeback you are charged a $20 dispute fee in addition to the refund if you try to deny it.
The only way to win a refund request case for either is if the tracking number shows delivery.
